Stunning views of the volcanoes and lake from the balcony that made my morning coffee amazing. The Spa was a plus feature, where I enjoyed the sauna and invigorating massage. The hotel location was central to major attractions and easy to navigate from.
The hotel lacked appropriate maintenance, with sightings of mold in the SPA area. The breakfast wasn't great, with unappetizing and poorly presented food.

This hotel is a luxurious haven for travelers seeking exclusivity. the spa center and indoor swimming pool are well-kept and have everything one needs for a relaxing time. the bar/lounge area has a fantastic selection of drinks, and the breakfast buffet offers an extensive range of dishes, including fresh fruit and delicious pastries. the room advantages were splendid, with comfortable beds and beautiful decor, and the private facilities were top-notch.
There was no clear indication of where to park, which was a bit frustrating. while most staff members were helpful and friendly, not everyone was fluent in English, which can be inconvenient for international guests.

This hotel offered me everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was top-notch, right on the shore of the lake with a stunning view of the volcano. It was also close to several good restaurants and transportation options if I wanted to explore other parts of this city. The hotel facilities were impressive, with a spa, gym, and pool area that were all well-maintained and clean. Additionally, the staff was very helpful and the breakfast was delicious.

The views from the hotel were stunning and the location was very convenient. We were able to walk to most places in the area. the room was spacious and comfortable. the hotel offered a good breakfast buffet with a wide variety of choices.
The hotel seemed outdated and in desperate need of maintenance. the furniture was old and worn out, the bathroom was not clean and there was no hot water.

The location of this hotel in the mountains provides a great view of the surrounding area. the hotel is also located right in the center of town, which is convenient to get to many local restaurants. the rooms are beautiful and up, to, date, with a balcony offering a great view. the breakfasts were also good, providing plenty of options to choose from.
The hotel staff's English, speaking proficiency could use some improvement.
